I bought a JDM GSR engine, after working on it such as replacing all the gaskets and when I put it back together I find my intake manifold missing something. I look up on Del-Ray acura I found the part there but on my intake manifold has no where to mount it on. No holes for the bolts to go in it. I need some help please

jdm gsr does not use that solenoid. if you want to use it you need a usdm gsr manifold

 

does it effect anything if I don't have it? I'm going to order an fuel canister and that could be a problem too.. thanks

 

It won't affect anything in terms of operation. Do you have emission checks?

 

generally with jdm you just take the output of the charcoal canister to that nipple on the throttle body.

the american stuff is a more complicated way to do the same thing with the evap solenoid and a vacuum port
