electrical problem

Icon2 electrical problem

well i got a new hatch door for my civic after i put it on the sunroof and turn signals dont work i checks the fuse there good the relays look good but i dont know if i should change them anyways ?.. the motor is good becuase it was working before i put in the hatch theres a new battery and alternator .. the battery dies on me for no reason could this all be because the hatch door wires ? ... need help thanks

check the wires in the door, one mite be grounding out

i put the wires together how they have to be and had electrical tape on it tho ? and still..
