Icon2 Crower 404 or Brian Crower Stage 3 camshafts? LS Non-Vtec

Hello Honda-Tech.
I'm currently in the building stages of my N/A B18b1.
I've chosen to stay with my LS, and forego LS Vtec, for a few different reasons.

But my question now is about the difference between camshafts.
I can't find any dyno sheets on the BC0023 (Stage 3) camshafts, nor any info on builds, despite a lot of searching.
I've dug up a number of dyno's of Crower 404 cams, they seem to produce anywhere between 170hp and 190hp, depending on how much head work you do.

If anyone has any experience with the Brian Crowe stage 3 cams on their LS or B20, or could help find some good info or good comparisons, I'd like to hear from you.

My set up so far:
USDM ITR pistons, 81.5 bore
ARP rod bolts
Slightly decked block
P75 oil pump
Fidanza 7.5 lb flywheel
93 GSR tranny
And I'm looking into Crower valve springs to go with the cams.

What is your overall goal in this build? Drag, street, circle track? Why would you want to go non vtec? For 300 dollars you could get a nice b16 or even b18c1 head then build that head up. With a bone stock b18a1 and a b16a2 head with a blox intake manifold and header is just about the same specs as a type r 195hp at the crank. A b16 head is the same casting as an itr head. The type r head has stiffer valvesprings an larger cams that's it. So for the price of your cams you could hit the 200hp mark without them at the same price. Note when dumping in big profiles like the ones you want always use titianium valvesprings an retainers so you don't float a valve or two. If you have any questions pm me.

My goal for this build is about 175 or 180whp. Maybe 190who if I can get a good port and polish.
But she's going to pretty much be a weekend warrior. I don't have any tracks or strips too close to the little town I live in, but I hope to take it to a strip occasionally.
So drivability isn't much an issue, as long as she can start and idle just fine, she won't be any daily driver. I don't mind a lopey or rough idle, as long as she can get through town alright (even if uncomfortably).
The reason I wanted to stay non-vtec is for the price as reliability.
I had an awesome deal on a clean, rebuilt B18b1. So if I wanted to go LS/V, the price of the head and LS/V conversion would cost about the same as my cam set up, plus I wouldn't have to sacrifice reliability. This is my first real build, so I'd be a little nervous trying to undertake an LS/V. Plus I'm on a pretty strict budget, so I couldn't go all out on a real legit LS/V set up.
I've done a lot of research on the two, and I've picked to stay with the LS. I don't expect to try and make 200+whp on an N/A LS, but I wanted to get close to 200whp without sacrificing too much reliability and stretching my already thin budget.
