DC header for 1999 Civic: 4-2-1, One-Piece Stainless, CARB EO: D-370-5

It came off a 2000 Civic Si I just purchased. Reason I'm selling it is because it won't pass a visual for a model year 2000 Civic. The CARB# is for a 1999 model Civic.

That's ridiculous that it doesn't go all the way to 2000. Should try contacting DC, because to my knowledge there is no difference emissions difference between the 1999 model year and 2000 model year Si.
