A little bit more information would help us to help you.

Does it happen when you go over bumps?
Does it happen when you turn?

If this is the case it could be that the spring becomes unloaded and clunks about. If this is the case you can remedy this problem using coilover helper springs.

So with your suspension unloaded the main spring can do this...

You will need to add a helper spring such as these...

Then your coilovers will look like this...

I have a similar problem with my 98 accord V6....except that I've already replaced the following...
Strut rod bushings, upper and lower control arms and ball joints, sway bar links, rack and pinion, outer tie rods and all 4 struts. It WAS worse before all that but its still there.
I hear a clunk or knock when turning , on bumps, nothing really consistent.

Did you replace the sway bar bushings themselves? These can wear out and if the sway bar is moved but not put in tension(both wheels hit a speed bump at the same time) it can cause the sway bar to knock about.

Happens on minor dips in the road.

Sway bar bushings were inspected, found to be fine and lubricated. Did not help.

Let me get the car on a lift and check it out. Thanks for the feedback.

When you hear noise while turning it's usually axles. Dirt and moisture can get inside especially when part of the dust boot is damaged.

Its possible you have a defective part. I had a strut that had a leaky o ring and it would creak just as you describe it.
