Have about 5000 to spend. I am looking for something in the NW I am in lewiston idaho but would be willing to drive to portland or seattle at the furthest to get something. I would really like a civic with a B series in it, but no b20. Anyhow it is hard to search for cars for sale in a certain region so if anyone has anything that may fit this criteria around or under my price range I would really appreciate a link to check it out. thank you
