Ok so I am having an argument with a guy about whether or not 949 racing wheels are actually made in the USA. I know it is an American country but I need to know if the wheels are actually made in the states. The dude is a dick and I need to know the correct answer. Thanks

"We are the East Coast and Midwest distributor for 949 Racing Wheels. 949racing.com. I have a shipment due in for July. We have 2 sets of 15x7 4x100 25mm offset silver wheels due in with that shipment. These are high quality, strong and lightweight (11.3lbs) wheels made in the USA. They are $149 plus freight. If you are interested in these or any other of the 949 Racing wheels give us a call. "

I would think that asking them directly would be the best way to get a proper answer.

I'm often surprised at how reluctant some distributors are to release manufacturing information. ADV1 has started producing some wheels out of China, yet still claims all of their wheels are American
Unfortunately, they're still stamped "Made in China"! :D I do not deal with 949 in any way however.
