Energy Suspension or Prothane master?
I want to get a bushings kit for my car. I head prothane is better because It includes the metal shells. Is this true? Any one with either kit wanna speak up on them? Do they both include the same things?
Yes I know they squeek. Yes I know they are a pita to install. Yes I know I need to lube them every soo often. So dont tell me these things.

yeah, im possibly going to mix and match them.
ES's i hear are stiffer than stock, and Prothanes are stiffer than ES's. *i think*
im not going to go with a full kit tho as i dont care for the boots, trailarms bushings or motor mounts. i'll go strictly for the rears first to stiffen up there. I think the ITR rear sway has put more stress on the rear end and causing some of my bushings to crack under pressure.
lower and upper control arm bushings, compensator bushings, trailing arm bushings to start
