I purchased a itr swap from my buddy that doesn't know much about cars. He totaled his car but the motor wasent bad beside some hairline stress cracks in the block and the back of the tranny where the T mount bolts up was completely ruined. I got a new block and took that and the head to the machine shop to get fixed up but my tranny still sits as is. I was just wondering what transmissions I could simply take my itr gears and factory LSD out and put it into. The tranny was rebuilt literatelly 5k miles ago with carbon syncros and GSR 5th(so says the guy he got the car from). I have seen a 94 b16a transmission with itr gears in but would say a ls tranny work or no because of the gear differences. I really appreciate any info to help me get my build on the road!

Any B-series Hydro case will work, remember to shim the countershaft and diff when you put it together.

 

i just recently got some hydro trannys in and im sure i can hook you up with a mint case. im in pa so you could also pick it up. pm me if interested.

 

I also have a clutch side case I don't need....
