ok so i drive a 87 honda crx. I went to fill the tank and and about every 3 seconds it would overflow a little bit and i would have to wait for it to put in more gas. ( i was on empty befor this) i was driving the other day on the freeway going about 70. as i was driving i noticed a gradual loss on power on the gas pedal. this went on for about 30 seconds untill pushing on the pedal did nothing. i coasted into the nearest parking lot and now when i try to start it, it cranks and makes the noise like its going to start but doesnt. ANY IDEAS ON WHAT THIS COULD BE???
