Center Lock Wheels
You just named the only benefit, decreases time spent in the pits.
For anything other than a race car, no.
Looks or wheel fitment are the only reasons to convert.
I spent years wishing I could afford to put the proper wheels on my Spitfire.

It wouldn't be difficult to do. Kits exist.

I'm sure If i look around I can find a Kit
The only real reason is for lowering pit times. To be honest, there's actually less security with only one lug nut on there. If the nut isn't secure, there aren't any backup lug nuts holding the wheel on.
Bringing this back from the dead but I recently acquired these and was hoping to get some more information on where I could find an adapter kit for center lock wheels.

An adapter kit? Talk to Rays Engineering to see what kind of hub that those wheels require (to prevent the wheel from just spinning under power, you're going to need some sort of pin arrangement that locks the wheel to the hub surface). Then, you'll have to find either a machinist to make some custom adapters for you, or possibly find a way to get a hold of someone at the defunct OneLug Wheels company to get a set of adapters. Then, you're going to need a pretty nice torque wrench, because typically that one lug is torqued down to 300 lb/ft or more.
Then why did you post in a Honda forum? OH, now I see -- you're actually just trying to advertise these wheels, because you're the seller in the link you posted. If you want to sell something, stick to the marketplace. The tech forums are for people with real questions. And if you're going to violate forum policy by advertising in the tech forums at least be upfront about it.
Yet in this for sale thread you mention that Forgeline sells adapters that might work on those wheels. Did Forgeline not have a kit suitable for your application?
No. I contacted them along with image wheels in the uk and their kits only suit their own wheels. I contacted mackin industries as well but still haven't gotten a response.
