Ok so I completed my h2b swap in mg eg successfully the motor is in harness hooked up and shiftlinkage connected but I have no spark. Now the motor is a jdm h22 the harness came with it and is already modified for an eg and it uses an external coil dizzy BTW now all I'm asking is Wat things to check in order to find my problem I don't need links to wire harness issues ext just simple advice on things you would check if this was you I will be working on the car tomorow afternoon and need it running by Thursday night so any advice would help and if you mention certain methods to trouble shooting please be descriptive about what you are talking about for example dont say check the dizzy instead please describe what you mean by checking the dizzy weather it be taking apart the coil ext thanks for your help

does your fuel pump prime when you put the key on? gotta make sure your main relay is getting activated.

also your computer could be no good unless you used it before and now its fine.

 

Yea fuel pump I hear and ecu is good used it on another car

first how do you know there is no spark next test the coil

 

Took the spark plug wire off placed of over one of the valve cover bolts and no spark as far as testing the coil its one of those msd coils and I swapped it out with a spare I had and still no spark
