If you want to stay NA you may as well go for a H22 swap, or look in the FAQs for head swapping a H22 head onto a F22 block.

Please stop responding in all caps. It is f#@king annoying as hell to try and read. I stopped reading your post after the second line. So I'm sorry, I won't be adding any input pertaining to any question you may have put in there.

Ghost is one of the most knowledgeable people on this forum, and 'especially' in the area of N/A builds. He would be your best bet in figuring out what exactly you want to do, I wouldn't be talking **** to the guy building a custom ITB setup on his stock f22 just sayin

I am sorry. I have to apologize. I take back my comment about typing in all caps. Please go back to that. It was actually easier to read your all caps posts. A lot easier than it was to try and read this abomination of the English language.

You say that you are trying to get knowledge not BS? Why not do some reading and research the information on your own. Give it a try. You may actually learn something without getting your panties in a knot!

hahahahahaha x2

But in all reality, google will be your best friend if you don't know much about cars. If you have a question, google it, despite how dumb or simple it may seem to want to ask, chances are there's someone else who's asked that same question 100 times. Look into different builds people do to increase power. Turbo's aren't these horrid monster's as your friend is portraying, as long as you have a decent sense of self control and don't slap a turbo on stock internals and tune it up to 20 lbs...a stock f22 on 6-8lbs is safe, i've heard of people doing 10-12 but most stick to the safe side. The first step is getting a general knowledge of how each system works, and just how the engine works in general, from there you can make your own assessment on things and then narrow down your question to two specific items/options that you'd like an opinion on. Just search.

the first question should be How big or small is your budget. H22 is by far the most expensive according to my research. You have to source the ecu, tranny, axles, and other odds and ends. As suggested earlier, you could swap the head and go from there. There's an endless amount of possibilities but you should look at the end. You may want an H22, but when its done, you might not like the way it runs. Good luck.

All of questions that come up lately in this section have been asked multiple times before. The posters are just too lazy to search, Ghost doesn't have to search for every one's individual issues. Lately I feel like those annoying Civic drivers (not stereotyping here, have a bunch of friends with Civics which are all really cool people) have purchased Accords. Owning an Accord makes you work harder, more research and experimenting is needed. There is definitely more and more easily accessible information on Civics and Integras.
To the OP: First learn how cars work and then you will be able to use the search. If you have no idea what you're searching for, then you won't be able to find it.

In my opinion i would also go this route. From what it seems the H swap process may end up being more than what you asked for and like someone else said you may not even like it in the end because then you are just going to want more power and stock H's are not great for boosting because of their thin walls, correct me if im wrong. If you do boost, RESEARCH, and get it professionally tuned! Just my opinion though.
