crx engine harness 88, 91 differences
Sooo, my 88 crx si was totaled and i picked up a 91 Si. Can I just pull the harness with the motor from my 88 and drop it in the 91? I have searched and came across someone with the same problem but there was no answer on it. Should I just cut the ECU out and splice the chipped ecu in?
Thanks for the help

No it will not work. The wiring between the two is different on both shock tower plugs. You need an 89-91 Si harness (or do an mpfi conversion if your new car is a dx). Same goes for HF, those are also different from an Si.
both cars are Si's so i never did mpfi. i have a 91 harness, in the car right now running some bs mini me. Are the jumper harnesses the same for all years? I saw the plug differences for a fast idle..? I want to make it as easy as possible to get the old/new motor in the new car.
