Default 1997 Honda CR-v...Trade or $3200 Obo!!!

Gauging interest in sale or trade:

$3200 OBO. This is not an overblown BS Hondatech price. This is what the car is worth.

This is my wife's car. Selling to get something better on gas simply put. People that own these know they do exceptional for an AWD (Approx 23-26) however it's not enough. We are both finishing college and have to start repaying student loans, we need to save every penny on gas possible.

I will be very honest about the car, I have nothing to gain nor lose by selling it at any given price. Cash recieved will be going to better one of the civic's I have as DD Projects. Also willing to trade (See below).

Basic info:

1997 Honda CR-v

207,000 Miles

Automatic

Owned since October 2011

Clean Title

Previous owner did timing belt / water pump at 160k miles.

NEW OEM Honda Radiator (4/2/2012)

NEW Duralast driver side tie rod (4/2/2012)

USED OEM Driver side strut/spring (4/2/2012) previous strut had fluid leak.

Stock 6 Disk CD Changer, I will admit it is problematic at times but works.

Specs:

-Good Kumho tires (rears will need to be replaced within the next 10k miles to stay efficient)

-No Check engine lights, knocks, ticks, clunks etc. Car is very solid

-Clean exterior (minor rust, see pics. Underbody is 100% solid with no congregated or rust areas of concern)

-Clean interior (cloth seats, therefore some minor dirt embedded however should be able to come out with a nice foaming.)

-AWD is flawless, I have owned 4 of these and never had differential issues, ever.

-I can honestly say that I have noticed no oil burning. I checked the oil 3000 miles after changes and readout is always near the full line.

Bad:

-Rust on hood

-Rust on both rear quarterpanels, can be fully removed with a wire wheel.

-Some minor maintenance needed: Cam seal, passenger tie rod, removal of shield around the cat. converter because it rattles at idle

-The car will shift slightly hard from 0mph, it could use new bushings in the rear and passenger transmission mounts, this will remedy the problem. The issue is not internal transmission gear related.

-The car does have the occasional scratch/scar/ding...However it looks great overall and is a presentable vehicle.

Trades:

Will consider adding cash, but don't count on it. I can smell a bullshit car a mile away, so don't thing you're going to trade me some pile of **** for this CR-V. You can also add cash as well, I don't mind a rusty high mileage car and cash on top that I can use to get the car where I want it.

-Civic's. I would prefer something clean and stock for the wife to drive but I can always fix things i don't like, or drive it myself.

-Integra's. Preferably 98-01. NO AUTO'S, Cant deal with the BS they incur with the torque converter.

Here are some pictures. Interior pictures nor engine bay pictures were taken because I only had my 55+ Lens on my camera at the time. I will get interior pics and engine pics soon and provide them to interested buyers.
