Plz help me on '02 Accord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have a serious issue w my '02 Accord 4cyl automatic transmission now. I changed the transmission fluid w/ the Lucas ATF, and ran around 50 miles, and it was good. Yesterday, I was cleaning the throttle body, and after I plug it back, started the car, the car just got really rough, it was shakin hard and bad, when I switched my gear from P to R or either N or D, the RPM kinda drop down, and I could feel the lost of power, and sometimes the car just stop when I switched the gear. Today, I took my car to drive around, and hav a little test w high speed, around 7k RPM - 60MPH, and then the car just lose completely power, I cant put on my gas padle, the RPM didnt move, no air sukin or anything, and after while ( around 1mi) the car just completely stop at D gear, I tried it and still the same. After searching online, ppl in forum gave me a big suggestion that ONLY and ONLY use HONDA ATF for honda vehicle. However, my question is why my car just got really rough after cleanin the mass air sensor or throttle body, I use a short ram AEM.
After doing many researches I found out that the transmission fluid is not the main one causes the issue, my Acvcord doesnt have MAF but has MAP. I used the Mass Air Flow cleaner to clean it, and I was wrong because the MAP is electrical sensor, after cleanin and puttin it back, the car just got rough, the air manifold shake bad, and I also clean this sensor name "Denso MX136200-1570 PC514" which has to holes and located right next to the air manifold with Mass Air Flow cleaner also. And I also have a check code that P1129 01 and P1129 P 02 which said " Air pressure is higher than expected". Im really worry now

I just test the MAP, I took the MAP of 97 Acura CL 3.0L which is compatible with my MAP. However, it till came out same result, no change, the sound kinda "hum, hummm, humm, hum, hummm..... up down up down", and lost power when shift or stop, idle.....plz help me
