i am in the process of buying a 93 civic. i am going to be doing an engine swap on it very soon, but do not know what to go with. i mean, i have my ideas, but i wanted to know the best way to go. from what i have read in the import rags and ****, spoon sports makes quite the motor. then again, so does mugen. but, what i need to know, is if i was going to add boost to the motor, which motor would be better, the spoon or the mugen? also, i was looking at jg engine dynamics. are they worth the cash?

You are either going to go all motor or turbo, you cannot have both. I suggest you find someone else with a swapped civic and have them take you for a ride. Decide for yourself.

But if you must have someones suggestion. I say get a b18. They are great, and tons of aftermarket support.
