Bad Clutch or?? HELP!
So today I was driving my 94 Integra 4dr that WAS a auto but switched to manual from previous owner. I had the car for a good year now and this has never happened before. (Still noob) When I hold down clutch..it's gettin REAL hard to shift into gear. I mean..Tough! BUT When the car is off.. i can still shift it fine..even when i hold down clutch (When the car is off). Any help will do. Please help HT!
Need to see how much your slave cylinder is moving when you press the clutch down if your not getting much travel then it is possibly a bad master cylinder by passing fluid or a bad slave cylinder

bad master cylinder has nothing to do with it... master cylinder is brakes slaves cylinder is clutch
Isn't the clutch master cly mounted on the firewall and the slave cly on the front of the transmission and yes I was talking about the clutch master cly since you are having clutch problems but will be more specific next time
Also there is a adjustment on the push rod for the clutch master cly at the top of your clutch pedal make sure that the lock nut is still tight. Have seen these be loose and the adjustment rod be screwed all the way in inturn dosent all the push rod to travel through the clutch master cly as it should so it dosent build enough pressure to work the slave cly. Just something to check!
alright. so the clutch is not disengaging. possibly a separated clutch disc. since you said this just started happening out of the blue, i don't believe it has anything to do with the pushrod.
regardless, you're going to need to pull the tranny to see what's going on in there
