Joe Alaniz says that he can get better flow out of stock valves than any aftermarket ones. He also proved to me that oversize valves in NA applications are worse than stock size. He backed all of this up with flow charts.
Go with ITR. They are much lighter than SS valves, and light valvetrain is always a good thing. They are probably cheaper too, and OEM componants are made to live a long life.
Is Shunk 2 racing valves(high compression) lighter and better than ITR valves??
Both of them are about the same price.
ITR valves $310
Shunk 2 $ 350

We have found that the new high comp. REV valve flows a little better than stock, the ex. valve is lighter and we sell them for$288.00
make your hp another way. the stock ITR valves on the intake side are a great upgrade, leave the exhaust ones stock. make power from proper tuning and choosing the proper manifolds, etc. stainless steel valves are not good to run in a street car long term since they flatten the valve seat prematurely
How would titanium valves work? I thought titanium had a problem of "grabbing onto" other metals. How would you keep it from touching other metals in a valve?
Someone has mentioned if ITR valves on the intake side only will causes unbalance on valvetrain?? is this true?

whoever told you that is full of ****.....in a type r head, the only valves that are different from b16/gsr are those on the intake side....

Just replace the intake valves with ITR and call it a day.
There are only a couple of reasons to change your valves:
1- Burned one out.
2- Broke or bent.
3- Going SC/Turbo/NOS (and even then, all you need are SS exhaust valves)
4- Don't care about money, and want to brag.
REV,Ferrera,Crower, and Del West all make titanium valves, they are coated to prevent gualling. ITR valves are 2 piece, the upper 1 inch is a steel alloy and the rest is a stainless alloy, if you have a magnet you can figure it out. Racing stainless valves are 1 piece, some flow better, some flow worse.
At least Ferrea valves are severe duty and Crowers are just heavy duty.
Worry free for durability and hi revs and don't want to spend for titainium then Ferrea is the best choice
IMO and alot of other top engine builders
P.S Ferrea makes a complete valvetrain kit for v-tecs (double springs,titainium retainers,chromemoly locks,intake and exhaust valve,and shims)

If I fit the Mugen 0.47mm head gasket to combine with all the parts i've got, is there any clearance issue ??

Or just go with the Skunk valves
