i can not say one way or the other, but i do know that while he caused an issue with a well known user, he did eventually help bring a resolution to the situation - all covered in the thread to which i am referring. i am merely bringing this up since it is public information and i am interested in keeping things organized in this thread. sales feedback belongs in the sales feedback subforum, etc.
