Default rust help, anyone tried osphol metal treatment, or jasco rust converter?

I'm starting on my build this month, some minor dings an surfast rust. I was wondering if anyone had tried jasco rust converter or osphol metal treatment? My main concern is the rust coming back after a lot of money being spent on this. If anyone had used these please let me know how good it works. Any comments or advice, what's the best to use.

Ospho or naval jelly (anything with phosphoric acid) will all do pretty much the same things. The best way to remove rust (surface rust) is to sand it COMPLETELY away and coat the metal IMMEDIATELY with true automotive paint. An epoxy primer will inhibit rust even moreso. While the ospho treatments work (kindof), it is possible (and fairly likely) for them to convert/eat away only the rust at the tip and allow rust to harbor underneath to show its ugly head later on.
