immobilizer

i have an 01 prelude that has an f20b swap. im getting ready to order the ecu for the f20b and i was curious will this set my immobilizer off work will it eliminate it or what? thanks

the immobilizer is inside the ecu so if you are changing it then you should be good as long as the new ecu doesn't have one.
