Icon2 Help. Trying to fix 96 Civic/H22a swap - exhaust system question

I have a 1996 Civic EK HB,it has a h22a motor and a f22 tranny. ive been trying to add an exhaust to it but dont know if i should get it by the engine or the car. Can any one let me know if its by engine or car?

Your header needs to match the motor, your piping needs to match the chassis.

Well the Header does match the engine.
