bad turn signals

bad turn signals
hey everyone i was wondering if anyone could help me. My girlfriend has an ep3 and the turn signals started freaking out yesterday. when you would put them on they would just stay on and not blink, Now they blink once or twice and thats it. anyone know what it would be? heres a video so yall can see what its doing.
