What is a really good sticky tire for stock ap1 wheels? And how wide can you go with stock wheels?

Stock ap1 rims 215 fronts 225 rear, if you daily your car and would like to have them for a year or more go with the hankook EVO v12s, if you autox and daily go with star specs, if you only autox do star specs or rs3s. There are more options, those are the names you will here a lot about

I plan to I had some 17" volk ce28 that was 255 in the rear but sold them to when I bought a house cause I just needed the money more than a extra set of wheels.. Im just trying to put a good wide set of tires on the stock till the day I can buy some new volk or work wheels

Or find some Ap2v1s and wrap them with 225 in the front and 255 for the rear, Ap2v12s run about 300-450 pending condition

We have been running a 225/50/16 Front and 245/50/16 Rear tire setup on our stock AP1 wheels now for the past five years. We have recently replaced all four tires with the newer version of the BF Goodrich G-Force Sport Comp 2. We don't race or beat on the tires, we do not have any camber nor tire rub issues, and they suit us for our nice day driving. The rear has a very mild hot rod look with the 50 sidewall as versus the traditional tuner low profile tire, so if that bothers you it would be something to consider.
