Help me out peeps just want to get some suggestions.. This is my first project car and im excited about it. I got this hatch base with 4 speed trany like a couple months ago and so far i have upgraded the suspension to F&F type 1, AEM cold air intake , strut bars and 3" tach. The car is my daily driver and still un decided if im going to race it or just a good reliable car that has ***** (lols). Just have 3 thau max to spend.. thanks.

Eh whatever. I woulda gone whale ***** CAI if I was you, it's apparently better for our cars. I don't get the tach, mine came with one, I think yours should have as well.

Yeah. Or a mini-me swap would work. d15y7 block with a d16 non vtec head. Then turbo it and you're set.

 

For 3 g you could swap a b16 in if you know what your doing

Dude I did my b18a1 for under 1k. b16s around here go cheaper then the cost of my engine.

you could do a z6 wit lsd tranny, i would do ls before b16, around here you could do a b20 and have it tuned for under 3k

 

Get a ls with a b16 or gsr tranny and a stage 2-3 clutch u will spin the tires in 4th gear.

 

Very clean EF.. it's hard to find clean hatches anymore lol
