Default wires running thru vent under windshield wipers

Soo like a month and a half ago I moved to a new area. and the first weekend here I walked out to my car early next morning and I noticed someone tried to stick a screw driver threw my drivers door. Didn't get in though. So I went on a security bindge before this happened I had no security devices. After I installed a cut off switch 2 way pager club and a tracking device. But today I noticed cut in that plastic pieces under the wipers and noticed there's wires. What are they for and is there any way to block it or reroute them? This is for a 2000 dx . Any help appreciated I don't want my car to be gone haha.

The plastic piece under your wipers is called a "cowl" and those wires should go to your windshield wiper relay motor

Alright the "cowl" has a cut in it. If its for the windshield wipers then I wont worry.
