96 accord 2.2 vtec auto. Transmission shifts fine and no slippage in any gear but when im in reverse and hit the gas there is a creaking noise that sounds almost like a mechanical fan hitting a shroud but slower. Its normally only when i hit the gas in reverse but sometimes it does it when im just idling in reverse. It is consistent when I hit the gas though. Its only in reverse. Rear engine mount? CV joint? Ideas? Thanks.
