Fitv, no plug on harness

Fitv, no plug on harness
Ok so I had my 89 dx harness converted to mpfi. The throttle body I have to use is the one with the 3 vaccine lines comming out of the toP center. There is a fitv on the back. I have no plug on my harness for it. And I'm using the pm6 ecu. Will it be a problem to leave it unhooked?Fast idle thermo valve. It will still run wont it?
