I have a B18 non-vtec head off of a 92 integra. It was rebuilt and used for 10,000 miles. I pulled the head off the block had it resurfaced and cleaned by Sigafoos machine shop in easton,PA. It is a COMPLETE head and includes:

Valve cover
Camshafts
Cam gears
And all internals.
