Default ot: Tein HA replaced by the SS

No more HA`s. They have been replaced w/ the SS version, which are actually a little cheaper. Maybe about $80-100 less, still not 100% sure.

1300 compared to 1000. I always tried to figure out why people would go HAs over SSs. Maybe spring rate...I know the SSs aren't as adjustable, but with something like 14settings, I don't think an extra 2 or 3 settings will make that big of a difference for a street car.

low enough...who cares if you can lower your car 3.5", too low IMO. 2" drop is plenty.

Now, that's a VERY important question to ask regarding coilovers

LOL......yeah. Gotta be the lowest SOB out there man.

Funny thing for me is I need to be lower (RIGHT ). Only have a 1.75" drop and the fricken meet last weekend made me look like I was stock.

Thread related: How much are those adjustable Tein's? The ones where you can add the control box.

The information I got from Tein's site regarding the electronic controller is that dont fit on the front of civics or integras. Not enough clearance on top of the shock.

Im the kind of guy that will just buy the electronic damper controller and make it work on all 4 corners on HA's at that.

IM me what you can get those for Ryan. Maybe you can get me a sample that I use to write a how-to for Velocity And I HAVE written for a magazine before.

The SS is just a little more street-friendly. The springs rates of the SS are 8/4kg f/r vs. 10/7kg f/r for the HA. They have also eliminated the helper spring for the SS.
