Hey guys so i got an integra gs 4dr 1999 with 115300 miles on it. So far i changed the engine oil with high milleage oil, engine treatment oil , transmission treatment oil, fuel injector and brand new copper head spark plugs. Previous owner changed oil canister and electric fans.
The problem i'm having is when I start her up sometimes it sounds as if the engine is being flooded and it clears when i rev her. After that i'll turn her off and restart without the problem.
Please give me any info and maybe a budget to get this problem fixed.
