okay i have done my share with searching and all i can find with the wiring is everyone being hush hush about it and i just want to DIY my own harness. can anyone give me a hand here i do not want to buy a harness for 500+. Thank you

 

I have no experience with j series, but the best advice I can give is get a haynes manual for the J, another for the coupe, and make ur own schematics... That's what I had to do about 5 years ago when I put a dc dash in my eg, now-a-days there are plenty of write-ups...
