Hi I got a set or volk te37 that where referbished and painted candy teal, not been used since referb.. I want to sell them as i have sold the car i was going to put them on, Does anyone know the market value or how much i should ask? Thanks

Were they media blasted before being painted? Because if so... I'd say they're only worth $200 - $400. If they were chemically stripped before painting, I would say roughly $800 - $1200.

Media blasting alloys ruins the structural integrity of the metal. I wouldn't use a media blasted alloy for any road use out of (at most) commuting small distances or showing off a car.

 

depends on the lug pattern, but 4x100 are less popular, and therefore more rare.

I don't have any on-hand, to be honest. Its a topic that has been covered several times in this forum, though. It has to deal with blown media altering the structural arrangement of the softer metal, and making it more susceptible to fracture.
