1993 Prelude VTEC for sale. 1350$ OBO. Located in Redondo Beach, CA (even though currently has Illinois plates).

The exterior is pretty beat up and rusted.

There is a lot of bad:
161,xxx miles
bad exterior sheet metal
bad paint
missing radio
working AC, but after someone stole the stereo, there is a wiring issue that needs to be fixed so it can work
leaks oil
burns oil (I think it is valve seals)
mismatched/bad wheels (though good for scrap metal)
probably won't pass California Smog without work
needs a brake job

The good:
Fully running car, can drive away with it
Straight frame
JDM 1 piece headlights (will need polishing but otherwise good), taillights
Tein SS coilover suspension
Thermal RD exhaust
Stock cat
Clean interior (outside of missing stereo). Good seats, back seats, dash, shift ****
Good H22A1 engine block/head/transmission. Perfect candidate for rebuild/swap
Good glass
Straight control arms and base structure since there was never any major structural accidents with the car
AEM Cold Air Intake (new filter recommended)
New-ish OEM exhaust header
Good battery

Not that it matters but clean title outside of fender benders
