this crx had a fabricated alt mount and it broke on me. i bought the innovative mount but it hits crossmember. anyone else have this issue? what can i do besides buy traction bars i cant afford right now? i searched for hours and havent found my definitive answer as of yet. its a 90 si btw.

Cut/grind your crossmember so it doesn't hit anymore.

 

fab your own alt bracket

 

i figured lol. im gonna cut the crossmember. hop it works. start saving for a traction bar.

 

i hacked. i cut. i trimmed. and still wont fit. FML

 

bought innovative crossmember, installed, and alternator bracket still doesnt fit FROM INNOVATIVE, FML.
