whats up ht i know theres alot of guys outthere that know about installing kill switches and i want to do mine to the injectors,not to the fuel pump ive heard some bad studd when it come to that one not bashing on it just not what i would perfer i will send over pay pal to who ever pms me and give me the info that i need i hav a 90 si hatch and its got a cheap flea market alarm lol and just to go in with it i want a kill switch to the injectors like i said info with exact things that i will need and helpful directions i will add to your paypal acount some skrill thanks

What's the difference? You could potentially run into the EXACT same problem as the fuel pump. On top of this you will be messing with something that has pulse in milliseconds. You would be cutting off the power supply to them obviously. If you can't figure out how to do this from looking at the plethora of schematics and pinouts available on the Internet, how is somebody going to explain it in a way useful to you?

Also, nobody EVER pays. They all say they will, but they all turn out to be broke kids.

 

so you don't trust interrupting one wire at the fuel pump, but you're perfectly fine with interrupting 4 seperate wires under the hood? ok..

you're going to need 4 relays or a 4PST switch.. if you're really interested, shoot me a pm.. i've been an installer for almost 17 years now, so this is kinda my thing.

If you are willing to pay and want someone to do it right, just buy a decent alarm and have it installed by a professional. Then ask them to install a kill switch as well. It is one of the best investments you can make.

 

I just tore out my "professionally installed" alarm out of my Fit. There was no solder, shrink tube or crimping to be found anywhere. The choice tools of "professional installers" are electrical tape and wire cutters. I'll never pay someone to install an alarm, what a joke.

 

i feel like if i do i do myself ill know whats up i dont like people messing with something they know nuthing about so i come hear to this fourm to find out how to do it myself and not let some dude tape **** hear and there i know if im to mess up it will be my fault but if i let a "pro" do it heas not gona come to me if there is to be a problem later on when im stuck on the side of the road...

 

Just food for thought, I once hooked up my own kill switch to my seatbelt plug wiring below the seat. You'd have to have your seatbelt buckled to start the car and keep it on for the car to remain running. I eventually found it to be a pain for warming up my car in the mornings during the winter but it's a good one for thieves that don't buckle up.

Anyway, as everyone else mentioned, sounds like your going to give yourself a headache. Old saying if it isn't broke don't fix it. Hook it up to your fuel pump and be done with it. Had mine and other on my cars dating back to the 90's only time I have had a issue was when a switch went bad on me, and I just had to bypass it, no biggie
