I have 12v on one side of the starter and when u turn the key to start there is no power on the other side of the starter. Have changed the starter to. What could be? Wiring? Any ideas would help

has to be wiring, did you use a voltage meter by the ignation to see if any power is going to it, ck the wire harness connection going to the fuse box.
and i know this is stupid, but u never know, did you hook up the single wire to the starter??

Yea the hot wire is on starter and small black wire is on too. I think its where I wired the new Ecu in and vtech harness. What sensor controls the starter. Is it the tps?

no sensor for starter .. it's the key switch along with the main relay under the driver's side dash. (which is NOTORIOUS for taking a dump due to poor soldering)

If the relay was bad would the whole care not have power? Cuz my dash lights work and the door chimes.

if you tapped into the either the signal wire or the main power wire your probably not getting enough amperage to the starter. try running your vtec through a different circuit and see if it works. could also be the relay.
