Car: 94 Honda Accord EX

Problem: I don't know what is supposed to go there. There is a sucking action when I put my finger over the opening. RPM then goes just a little and engine runs smoother. The top hose goes to the EGR vacuum control solenoid. Please help find me where the lower opening is supposed to connect to. Thank you.

 

There should be a vacuum hose going from that port to your fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail.

 

The other vacuum line will run to the metal vacuum line near the fuel rail.
From there it attaches to the fuel pressure regulator.
