1992 honda accord heater blower problems
I'm new to the fourms I did a little research on the fourms to see if any one had simler problems and nothing yet... So heres what wrong;
When I turn on the heater blower nothing happens what so ever! So I took apart the heater assamably to check the motor and reley swich... Didn't have the the equiment to really test but I took a live wire to it, blower turned on fine! So I figured the swich replaced it, and still nothing... Checked the fuses there both good (going to change the one under the hood just for the hell of it as soon as I find one) but if it's not that is there something else I should check on?

Well here's an update: I went got the fuse checked out for the hell of it, it's good, I don't have a voltmeter but I do have a 6-12v light check thing it works the same way I think just doesn't tell me the volts but there's power going to the relay as far as I can tell. I went and talked to someone over at a near by part store (knechts) and said it could be faulty wiring...
The chances are your blower motor is junk. It more than likely has a bad spot on the armature. Mine did the same thing sometimes it would work and other times I got nothing. BTW removing these things is kind of a bite in the *** so replace the resister pack while you have it apart.
I am new to the forum. I have the same problem...I think. 1990 Accord EX. The blower for both the heater and the AC just stopped. Could it be just a bad blower switch?
Can any one direct me to find out how to test the actual motor or other electrical part. I am really lame when it comes to electricity :/
Thanks!
