I was driving down the road the other day in my 93 civic si with a Ls swap and GSR trans when the motor completely shut off. The car still had all power, but would not start again until I let it cool down. I checked all the points on the main relay and they seem to be fine. Im not sure what to check next or even how this can happen. Will someone please help me?

It only ran the cel when it happened but is off now when I start it.
