Does this POS look worth $400 to you?

Seller is asking $1,000 obo or trade for an AR15. I've got a dozen or so AR15s laying around and am willing to trade because I don't have a street bike at the moment and a few of my ARs only costed around $400ish to build, so if it seems to be a fair trade I'll probably call the guy.
So what say ye, old wise Honda-Tech brethren?

Looks like it's been bodged pretty good. The frame fab is questionable as usual, could be sloppy work. I would assume that it has some gremlins hiding, maybe engine work, unfinished wiring etc. And it's a Yamaha, not a fan.
Buuuuut for $400 (or trade for less) who knows, could be fun.

make sure to get up in there and look at all those welds... specially around the head tube. there is no way to be 100% sure if they are good without magnifuxing, but at least you can get a good visual on it.
is it worth 400... I think that is very borderline

I've never dealt with customs before, I'm a sport bike guy. Only thing I ever look for is engine condition and cracks in the frame. Guess I'll have to find a pro to go look at it with me.
Sorry, I've never been a fan of bobbers, customs, cafe racer conversions, street fighters, etc, because most of them are poor quality work.
I'd stay away.
