I have come across a Bys front bumper for the 96-98 civic. My concern is that the lip is carbon fiber instead of kevlar. I have only seen these for sale with the Kevlar bottom. He says he bought it new over a year ago and it's just been sitting. My question is, did Backyard Special make a front bumper with a carbon fiber lip?

Weksos has the air walker replica but that one does not have a Kevlar or cf wrapped bottom end.
