Default Need help Bent valves!!!!

Ok i have a JDM F22B in my prelude it broke the timing belt and im almost positive i bent some valves. Cylinder #3 has 0 compression. I was thinking of fixing this head but what do i need to buy parts for? I have been told that the f22b head is identical to the american H23. Is this true?

And if i do pull the head what head gasket would i need to use?

Yes it is a dual over head cam. I know the timing belt and water pump are different I have already gone down that road. All I can say is I am not a honda Guy and this JDiM crap is about to **** me off.
