Default 1996 Acura Integra GSR 4 door

New here, thinking of selling my four door 1996 GSR. It has 167,000 miles and was my daily driver. Clean title, well maintained by religious synthetic only oil changes and has never really been raced. I am the sole older driver and have enjoyed it for its mpg as well as its somewhat sleeper set-up. As far as modifications, It has a Mugen twin loop cat back, Greddy headers, AEM fuel rail, AEM open air intake with K&N Filter, Tokico shocks and lowered 1.5 inches with Eibach springs. Civic seats replaced the front seats and everything else is pretty much stock. How much should I ask for it?

Nice, clean for a 16 year old car, is that "flaws" or reflections in the pic that make it look like there is some dinging in the door and fender?

You did not mention the condition of the body/chassis, has it ever been in an accident, [even minor] is there any rust at all?

In the linked pic it looks like the rear wheel arch is in very good shape, did you remove the rear wheel arch protectors?

If not, if you pull them off now is there rust?

Are you the original owner?

There is a 95 GS-R 4 door at a used car lot, [a dealer we do A/C and electrical work for] on the way to work, it has just under 220,000km, [or about 170,000 miles] it has a few "door dings" but absolutely no rust, including not a hint at the rear wheel arches, [no protectors] front clip end of fenders and hood are also "dinged up" and scratched but nothing serious, interior is in very good shape, with very good OEM floor mats, front and rear, only sign of damage/ware is the drivers seat left bolster syndrome.

The car is dead stock other then the new shocks, [Munroe Gas Matic] rotors and pads,
installed by a mechanic that is in the same industrial mall that we are.

Engine bay is very clean, [kept clean not just cleaned up] previous owner was more **** then I am.

The dealer is asking $2695.00, seems low to me for what else is around, I see G2 RS and LS, 2 and 4 doors go for $3000, asking price is always in the $3400-$3700 range in the condition/mileage of the G3 GS-R on the lot.

If yours is free of "dings" and no rust, $3500 may be low-balling it.

It also kind of depends on how long your willing to wait.

Have you searched pricing of other 96 GS-Rs for sale?

Keep in mind, you can get "whatever the market will bare" and if you wait long enough someone will pay you what you want, [in other words what your willing to give it up for]. 94

Thanks for all the info. The price was set by suggestion and is obviously negotiable. Was not really expecting to sell it at that price. Only accident was a parking lot fender bender that warranted a new rear fender, rear wheel arch is in good shape and still has the protectors but no mud flaps and no rust there either. A couple of rust spots are around the rear cargo door area and there are door dings on the sides, interior is really great for its age. Still has OEM mats and in the same great condition. I am the second owner since 2003 when I bought it as original as when it drove off the factory. Wish I kept it that way. Dont know much about previous owner except for the fact that he was another older gentleman. I dont consider mysel **** but I do keep all my vehicles clean including and paying attention to the engine.

If the protectors are still there, remove them now. 94

I am looking for this specific car as a rebound from my civic coupe getting killed. If you were in NC I would drive hours to test drive this. So your price of $3500 is good. Shots of the interior, however are a must. I would also include pics of the largest "door dings" and of the spots of rust around the rear cargo door. If you can do the pics from both sides to reasure the buyer that it is either "surface rust only" or to at least make it look like you aren't hiding anything. You will sell this car, probably by the time I am done typing this. How Close to Good Fellow Airforce Base are you? (San Angelo)
