I have been having problems since I first bought this car. I have had it for appx. 3 months now and about every other day this happens.. it dies on me. It will start and then shut down. If I put it in Neutral I can start it and pop it into drive and off i go. It will run rough for a minute or two and then it's ok but, when I stop somewhere after that happens and shut the car off and come back to it after awhile sometime's it will start and sometime's it dies again. My husband has replaced the main relay on it. Since he has done that, it helped in the fact that it doesn't do it as often. Maybe a few times a wk. instead of every other day. My brother's friend is a mechanic and this wknd. we are going to try replacing the fuel pump and fuel filter on it. I am really hoping that this fixes the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions ?? Advice ?? Please help.

Does it seem to die just as you let go of the key- releasing from start to on?

The electrical part of the key switch is "kind of known" for going bad. When it does this, leave the key in the on position, check for 12v on the Black/Yellow wire going into the dist.......4cyl, correct?
