Default 93 ex, D15b2/z6 mini me- slow acceleration

Whats up HT,

i have a 93 civic ex coupe, was running a jdm d15b. crackshaft had a chip where it meets the harmonic balancer. swapped it out with a d15b2 block and d16z6 head. my problem is when its warm and under load/ in gear, it begins struggling and gets smoother at higher rpms.

things ive tried: i have a new dizzy and a used one, new cap, rotor and plugs. used wires from my other motor which are still in good condition. spark is all there. got a new fuel filter, rail, fpr, and cleaned the injectors best i can. filled my tank up. so fuel is all there. new main relay, cleaned and swapped 2 iacv's and 2 fitv's. i swapped 2 maps and 2 TB. the map and tps connectors are in the correct place. checked timing maybe like 10 times by now and its good.

i went to fill up gas down the street and CEL came on. checked the codes and come up with code 1- o2 sensor. unplugged it and then the code changed from 1 to 41. now code one is gone and now i got 41. its a new o2 sensor, but i am going to exchange it and get a new one.

i am lost here, searched all over most of the threads with topics/subjects that relate to my problem either get fixed with something i already did or they just stop posting. so no help there.. if anyone can chime in and give me some kind of advice i would appreciate it..

thanks in advanced!!!!

How did you set the cam timing? Are you using an adjustable gear to make up for the timing change?

ive been reading that you advance the timing 4.5- 5 to achieve stock timing. i did it at 0,4 and 5. same problem. my timing lines back up everytime.
