Default 97 Civic CX. (no FTP or Evap solenoid?)

According to this diagram I should have a FTP sensor and a Evap bypass solenoid in the front left corner of the gas tank.

After removing the front left splash guard this is what I found.

My P2T ECU is throwing the code P0450 and P0453. I know that the Federal Emission standards requires an FTP, but where would a CX one be located?

'97 CXs don't have an FTP. You can either swap the fuel tank for an EX/Si model or use a potentiometer to fool the ECU.
