Using the "t bar" recommendation on team integra.com as a guideline I decided to do my own front end install over the weekend- let me know what you think- thanks. It lines up perfect and was rather easy- the longest part was the wiring for the headlights.

 

Not the right way but it works. I would just add some welds for strength.

 

I think this thing is really strong- you still think welds would be needed? I didn't want to cut the whole support off because I didn't want to compromise the main support- This cam out really good- maybe I'll take it to my local muffler shop and have them zap a couple beads. Thanks for your honest opinion.

 

My brother did his with bolts too. Holds pretty strong! Still in one piece after 2 long years. But gl wit ur build!

 

thats great to hear!!! I think the whole bumper and misc parts are mounted better than they ever were. I am waiting a little bit to paint and then I'll be done for a little while... next big ticket items are paint, big brake kit, and then a rotrex for the k20z
