you will need the obd0 to obd1 ecu jumper
obd0 to 0bd1 distributor jumper(you cant use obd0 distributor with obd1 ecu)
if you use obd0 injectors you will be fine but if you use the obd1 you will have to remove you resistor box and trim the inside of the injector clips
you will need to wire in vtec, oil pressure switch and 4 wire o2 sensor
and if your using a hydro tranny you will have to do the cable to hydro swap

thats all i can think of right now if anyone knows anymore feel free to chime in

you cant use an obd1 harness you have to use your stock mpfi obd0 harness, are you trying to say they used a obd2 distributor with a obd0 ecu

ok i get what your sayin now, yeah the head doesnt matter if its off an obd2 car as long as the distributor matches the ecu, just use the distributor off the motor thats in the car now, its got to be obd0 since your running a pr3, and use the pr3 and you wont have to get that jumper you can just run it obd0, unless you wanna convert it to obd1 then yes you need that jumper for the distributor and ecu other than that all you previous stuff will swap over
